Your physician has referred you for treatment or diagnostic studies related to your condition. Before your scheduled appointment, please read over this information carefully. You will receive a pre-operative phone call a few days before your procedure. If you do not hear from us, please call us at (303) 328-3400 for pre-operative instructions.

Preparing for your Procedure

Please arrive 1 hour before your scheduled appointment. Doing so gives us time to verify your medical information and provide you with details concerning your procedure. It also gives you time to meet with the physician performing your procedure and ask him/her any questions you might have. In the event of a medical need, you may require admission to the hospital.
